   • Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee or deposit forfeiture.
   • Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled depending on provider availability.
   • Certain treatments may require a consultation and medical clearance prior to treatment.

4. Payments & Refunds
   Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. We accept approved payment methods offered through our business. Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical services, refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at management’s discretion. Products, packages, memberships, and prepaid services may be subject to separate policies.
